Architectural Part:
The project is for a residential building in Sunny Beach resort, municipality of Nessebar, district of Bourgas.
It is a five storey building plus a loft  and there are 93 apartments with floorage from 41,67 sq.m. to 83 sq.m.
There is going to be a swimming pool in the courtyard, a park and a parking lot.
The overall built up area is 5 630 square metres.
Construction:
It is going to be a monolith building of natural construction materials.
From  the outside   - with  outer multi- layer insulation and PVC double glazed windows.
An air conditioner in each apartment shall be installed and for the apartments with floorage of more than 70,00 square metres there will be two cooling and heating air conditioner in each apartment.
The bathrooms are going to be  luxuriously finished with all necessary accessories installed  and a luxurious glass shower cubicle  is included.
In each apartment there is wiring for Internet , cable TV and  telephone, as well as watermeter and electrometer. 
The living room will be furnished with soft furniture and a coffee table.
The kitchen will be luxuriously finished with built in cooker with two hot plates, a built in washing machine, a fridge, cupboards, a sink and a dining table with four chairs.
The floors shall be covered with laminate or tiles, depending to the choice of the customer.
The interior doors in the apartments will be  “Hiorman“ make and the front doors - armoured.
The infrastructure – the park, the swimming pool, the parking lot and the shared areas will be maintained all the year round.
There is going to be a security guard all the year round.
The construction of the building shall commence in September 2007 and it shall be completed in the year 2008.
Payment plan:
1000 Euro as a deposit, deductable from the last payment and nonrefundable, if whithin 14 days a preliminary contract is not signed between the parties.
30 % of the price – two weeks after the deposit, when signing the preliminary contract
the period for the remainder of the amount is negotiable.
